364 Days of Healthy Eating: Info & Launch Party

By Alexandra Caspero on July 17, 2013

I have been keeping pretty mum on my latest project but I can finally say….
it’s here! it’s here! it’s here!

364 Days of Healthy Eating is here.

364 healthy, vegan, gluten-free, no-sugar added recipes that I think may just be the best collection of RD approved recipes anywhere. But, I am a bit biased.

For the past few months, I have been working with Karen Cunningham on developing a collection of recipes guaranteed to taste not only amazing, but also improve your health.

Karen’s story is incredible. Diagnosed with an unknown autoimmune disease a few years ago, she completely revamped her diet, cleaned out the chemicals, and is now as healthy as ever. Don’t believe that food can be thy medicine? Then take the 364 challenge.

In addition to 364 full-color recipes, there is also a plethora of plant-based nutrition information (by yours truly). It’s the perfect gift to yourself or others looking to start a plant-based journey.

This weekend, we celebrated the book launch in style! Thanks to everyone who came out to show your support! We are really, really excited about sharing Karen’s story, her inventive recipes, and nutrition information to help you transform to your healthiest you.

Any way to “sneak preview” before downloading? I didn’t see that on blurb. Awesome work, Alex!
