I am so happy to share with you a new favorite food find, SuperSeedz!
Roasted pumpkin seeds packed with flavor and nutrition. Each of the eight varieties are vegan, gluten free, peanut free, non-GMO and pack 8g of protein per serving (1 ounce). Pumpkin seeds are also an excellent source of zinc and iron, nutrients that can sometimes be hard to get in a plant-based diet.
So, um, eat up!

Really Naked: Pumpkin seeds au natural. No spice, no salt, nada. Enjoy privately or with very close friends. Hot tub also optional.

Sea Salt: The perfect slightly salty snack. Roasted seeds with a hint of sea salt.

Cinnamon & Sugar: Yes, as good as it sounds… like little tiny comfort foods. Delicious on their own or use them to top yogurt, oatmeal, cereal. A friendly reminder that everything taste better with cinnamon.

Cocoa Joe: Premium cocoa, real vanilla, and unrefined sea salt. If you’re looking for a “healthy” chocolate snack… this is it.

    Would luv to win…. I luv these seeds. I use the pumpkin/sunflower seeds in my favorite grab n go homemade granola peanut butter bars. Super yummy.

    My favorite grab and go snack is either homemade protein balls or a LaraBar (alot of the same ingredients- date, nuts, etc). Deliciousness…. I definitely need to stock up on my seeds for summer salad toppers!

    My favorite grab and go is the good old fashioned granola bar…but I’m trying to add in more nutrient-dense foods so these would be great!

    I recently “found” … THE SEEDS! … to include, of course, pumpkin! Although very tempted to all flavors, the best (for me without tempting myself to eat “the whole bag!” are the plain, raw, no salt, no oil, nuthin’! Just a few seems to satiate me for a long day and just knowing they’re jam-packed with nutrition just adds to my total delight! Thank YOU for the opportunity to “win” such a delicacy.

      Hi Debbie:) I sometimes have to forget about THE SEEDS LOL They are calorie dense and roasted are generally forbidden for me most of the time – reson – I eat way too much, even when they are not salted and not flavoured. I make them for me and my parnter, and unfortunately I eat them all haha.
      But I was curious about nutrition values – especially nutrition values of watermelon seeds – which I eat every time I eat watermelon. I checked it here: see more about watermelon seeds on HF.
      I just compared their nutrition values to pumpkin seeds and watermelon seeds win with: almost 3 times more fiber, they have also more zinc and less copper (what is a good thing when it comes to absorption if I remember it correctly), so I think it would be better for me to eat seed within the fruit – can’t eat too much this way:)

    What a great giveaway! My favorite grab and go snack is dried fruit especially dried mango and dried cherries.

    I absolutely LOVE superseedz and would love to try all their flavors. My favorite grab & go snacks are fruit (especially bananas), kale chips, superseedz, etc! So many yummy options now a days, but I keep it organic & nonGMO :)

    These seeds look like the ultimate topper to every food, savoury or sweet! Love that there’s a chocolate one for chocolate attacks and the tomato one for when you want something super savoury. I’d eat these in a matter of day, probably. LOVE pumpkin seeds.

    My go-to snack is banana and almond butter :) Nuts, seeds, and fruit are my best friends for healthy convenience snacks!

    My favorite grab and go snacks are granola/nut/nutritional type of bars like Larabar, LunaBar or even just Quaker.
