Ingredients
2cupsfresh blackberries
1teaspoonfresh lime zest
1/4cupfresh lime juice
2tablespoonsfresh mint, chopped
2cupsgreek yogurt
Instructions
Toss the fresh blackberries with zest from the lime, juice and mint. Take care not to crush the berries, just gently toss them with the juice.
Divide the yogurt among 4 bowls (1/2 cup each) along with 1/2 cup blackberries to each bowl.
