Ingredients
Ripe banana, sliced
1 1/2cupsvanilla almond milk, homemade is best for a creamy, thick muesli
1cuprolled oats
2tablespoonspure maple syrup, plus more for drizzling
1tablespoonchia seeds
1/4cupeach: pumpkin seeds, toasted almond slivers
1/2cupfresh blueberries, plus more for topping
Instructions
First, combine the banana and 1/2 cup vanilla almond milk in a blender and puree until thick. Pour into a large bowl and add the remaining ingredients.
Then, whisk together until combined and cover. Refrigerate for at least 6 hours, preferably overnight.
Finally, divide into two bowls and top with blueberries and drizzle with maple syrup!
