3/4cupunsweetened milk of choice
1tablespoonchia seeds
2tablespoonspeanut butter
1tablespoonraspberry jam, or strawberry jam
Instructions
Combine all ingredients together in a resealable jar or airtight container and stir until well combined. Let soak in the fridge for at least 4 hours or overnight.
Stir before eating and enjoy.
