Salted peanut butter granola! With just a handful of ingredients, you can make this yummy peanut butter granola for breakfast bowls, which is also great for gifting.
In a large bowl, whisk together the peanut butter, maple syrup, oil, vanilla, cinnamon and salt.
Add in the oats and stir until well combined. Add in the peanuts and toss again.
Spread in a single layer on a baking sheet and bake for 30 minutes or until golden brown on top. Remove the granola from the oven and let sit for at least 30 minutes before touching. This is what allows the granola to form large clumps! Let cool completely and store in jars or an air-tight jar.
